The Cameron Peak Fire has grown into the biggest wildfire in Colorado history. It has burnt over 199,356 acres and over 1,500 employees are fighting the blaze.
While the flame is 62% comprised, mandatory evacuations continue to be set up near highway 34 at Larimer County, as stated by the Larimer County Sheriff’s Office.
Several alarms stay in position Saturday evening across northern Colorado since the fire threat persists.
Winter weather advisories are posted from Montana to northern Minnesota this weekend.
Four to 6 inches of snow is expected during Sunday morning in areas of Wyoming and Montana.
