NEW YORK –“The Crown” has discovered its Princess Diana.
Elizabeth Debicki will perform with the Princess of Wales in seasons five and six of”The Crown,” that the Netflix series declared Sunday.
Debicki will combine a brand new cast for the show that includes Imelda Staunton as Queen Elizabeth, Lesley Manville as Princess Margaret and Jonathan Pryce as Prince Philip. Staunton succeeds Olivia Colman and Claire Foy at the Position.
Emma Corrin is playing with Diana on the play’s upcoming fourth year, but Debicki will take on the role for what is guaranteed to be the character’s many striking characters. No premiere date of year has yet been declared.
