Greek police seize 500,000 ecstasy Tablets, arrest 3 Individuals

THESSALONIKI, Greece — Greek authorities said Saturday they’ve captured 500,000 ecstasy tablets and detained three people.

The performance took place Friday at Thessaloniki, Greece’s second-largest city, authorities said.

To begin with, authorities detained a 56-year-old Greek truck driver at a truck remaining west of the town. They discovered 180,000 tablets at the truck.

Soon after, police stopped a vehicle where they discovered 320,000 more ecstasy tablets. They also detained two Iraqisages 49 and 52, a long-time resident of the Netherlands and the other a resident of Greece.

A police officer told The Associated Press on condition of anonymity because he was not authorized to talk about an ongoing investigation that the pills had been seemingly manufactured in Western Europe and were yearning to the Greek and also,” rather likely,” the Turkish economies.

Authorities are searching for a fourth individual, yet another Greek automobile driver.
