Mick Jagger gets a Few Refuge, Purchasing Florida mansion

The Rolling Stones frontman lately bought a mansion south of Tampa as a Christmas gift for his girlfriend, ballet singer Melanie Hamrick.

The Sarasota Herald-Tribune reports the four-bedroom house sits on about a third of an acre from the planned community of Lakewood Ranch. Perched alongside a pond and near its neighbors, it comprises almost 8,400 square feet (780 square meters) below the roof.

The actual estate company that offered the house, Michael Saunders & Company, stated Jagger, 77, paid $1.9 million to this in late October, using the name placed in Hamrick’s title.

Tina Ciaccio, the listing broker, said the couple visited the house before purchasing it, but was satisfied with her internet.

“It was trendy hearing Mick Jagger’s voice over the telephone; which was awesome,” Ciaccio informed the Herald-Tribune. “But they were a joy, a fantastic few to transact with.”
