Tennessee Titans Team member tests positive for coronavirus, Centre closed

“This morning we heard that a team member tested positive. We have temporarily shut our center and are in communication with the league about the upcoming steps,” a staff statement said.

The Titans have received a total of 24 positive evaluation results dating back to Sept. 24. Sunday’s positive test outcome was that the 11th to get a team member. A total of 13 players tested positive within that interval.

The Titans removed offensive handle Isaiah Wilson and defensive back Greg Mabin in the reserve/COVID-19 listing Saturday and returned to their center on Saturday for the first time because of Sep. 29.

“I, together with the staff and players, would love to inform you just how excited we will return in the construction to keep our homework to Buffalo,” Titans coach Mike Vrabel said Saturday.

Tennessee’s match against the Buffalo Bills was transferred from Sunday to Tuesday. That game is currently in jeopardy.
