Tiger Woods’ son, Charlie, Conveys dad to sixth in Initial round of PNC Championship

ORLANDO, Fla. — Tiger Woods includes a notoriously poor back, but it had been his son, Charlie, that could happen to be feeling the pain Saturday following carrying his father for the majority of the initial round of the PNC Championship. Charlie Woods, 11, made his debut at the tournament earmarked for important champions and household members and didn’t disappoint, as the team combined to take 10-under-par 62 from the scramble format in the Ritz-Carlton Golf Club.

Tiger, who’s had four back processes since 2014, chuckled at the notion of Charlie carrying him, stating: “He’d. He struck a number of the most amazing golf shots. It could not have been a much better environment”

The Woods team played Justin Thomas along with his dad, Mike Thomas, that shot 62.

Charlie has played a fantastic piece of golfing with Justin and Mike Thomas. “I understood what he’d,” Mike Thomas stated. “He was remarkable.

Charlie Woods drove the ball nicely — with a substantial benefit facing the expert tees — on three events Tiger did not even bother to hit a tee shot — on the 13th, 14th, and 18th holes. Charlie went, drove the ball into the fairway… then turned out to give his father a thumbs-up.

The highlight was that the par-5 next gap, in which Charlie’s push from the forward’s tee was deemed somewhat better than Tiger’s.

Deciding from a 5-wood along with also a 3-wood, Charlie proceeded with the 3 and blasted it upwards toward the green, the ball bouncing up close to the pit, only 3 feet off. Tiger’s iron taken in precisely the same place flew a significant distance from the trap.

Charlie always put first and calmly knocked it in for an eagle — one that he left everything on his own and produced a major grin and response from his daddy.

“I have found this,” Woods explained. “A lot of those shots he is hit. I have seen this whole year, this whole pandemic. He struck these shots. A couple of events he has played, he has struck a lot of these shots. However, this is a completely different thing.”

Woods started to see improvement from his son before this season since they played a fantastic piece at home on account of this coronavirus pandemic. In Woods’ club, the Medalist, there was a time in which players weren’t permitted to play with anyone but relatives. So Tiger played with all his golfing with Charlie, whose match stinks.

Despite having an edict that no audiences would be allowed at the PNC Championship, pro-am participants and one guest were permitted to attend, meaning that there were over 200 audiences following the Woods group.

“It does not change,” Woods explained. “Whether it is on your own or in front of tens of thousands of individuals, it is still the very same shots. You still must go from point A to point B. That is what Charlie has been studying and will keep working on.”

Together with six birdies, an eagle, and two pars on the other hand, the group shot 8-under-par 28.

“I have been around him a great deal and I have seen it,” Justin Thomas stated. “I was not surprised. I understood he was planning to wow a lot of individuals. It had been cool to see shape shots, so hit it both ways.
