Warmer, drier winter Anticipated for a Lot of US, States NOAA

Meteorologists are anticipating drier and warmer weather this winter for a lot of the U.S., the National Oceanic and Atmospheric Administration announced Thursday in its own 2020 winter forecast.
But this means the drought will continue to worsen from California into the Great Plains.

On the East Coast, the Majority of the Northeast and Mid-Atlantic will visit that a milder-than-normal winter. But snow and rain levels are expected to be near normal.

Florida’s winter can be anticipated to be warmer and drier.

Toward the West, colder-than-normal weather is likely by Minnesota to Washington state. The Northern Rocky Mountains will find more snow than normal, and the excellent Lakes will find out more lake-effect snow.
