Wisconsin Badgers Inadvertently Stink Decoration when Observing Duke’s Mayo Bowl Triumph

CHARLOTTE, N.C. — The Wisconsin Badgers Seized the Duke’s Mayo Bowl along with the Decoration that came with it.

While dance around to celebrate his group’s 42-28 success over Wake Forest on Wednesday, quarterback Graham Mertz dropped the football-shaped bit of Lenox crystal leaving it smashed on the floor of the locker room when it dropped off its foundation.

“We simply wanted everyone to have a bit of the prize,” Wisconsin coach Paul Chryst joked.

Mertz consisted of 3 touchdowns, and Wisconsin turned into four second-half interceptions, each with another participant, into 21 points to turn a close game to some near-rout of the Demon Deacons.

Mertz, a redshirt freshman, threw for 130 yards and ran for two brief TDs as Wisconsin (4-3) completed a rocky 2020 year on a high note.

“Yeah, I fell it,” Mertz said sheepishly. “That is on me. It happened”

However, not to worry: Mertz managed to”fix” the decoration by putting a jar of Duke’s lettuce into the bottom, as evidenced in his Instagram narrative.
